In
order to rent our apartment you must agree to comply with the
following terms and conditions (mainly common sense):
No pets allowed
No Smoking inside the apartment
No excessive use of heating - Turn it off when you go out to ski!
Balcony door must be kept shut when the heating is on
Any damages must be reported to us
Any breakages must be replaced during your stay
All keys must be returned to us immediately your stay has concluded
Remove all outdoor shoes when entering the apartment
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. This
is non refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is
required six weeks prior to departure.
In addition you must agree to carrying out the instructions
below for opening up the apartment at the start of your holiday
and closing down the apartment at the end of your stay. Please
print off a copy and take them with you.
