About the Apartment

The accommodation is what is known as a studio apartment. There is a main living area with kitchen, dining table, settee and chairs. The settee converts into a double bed. In a separate room there are also two bunk beds. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower. There is a balcony with table and chairs for lunchtime meals and for sunbathing (even in December and January). The apartment is well equipped with glasses, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a fridge, an electric cooker and a 'four' oven. Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, under sheets and pillow cases. You also need to supply your own towels.

The accommodation is basic and cosy - French style - but is perfectly placed for your holiday. It is situated on the first floor of the Sapporo building. There is a lift or stairs that take you to our ski lockers and straight out to the piste. The ski lifts are just down the slope so there is no walking. It is one of the few resorts where you never need to walk anywhere with your skis on!

The apartment is south facing and is a real sun trap even in the coldest months of winter. Temperatures on the balcony frequently reach 30 degrees centigrade at lunch time even in January!

Downstairs within the same block you will find the supermarket, boulangerie, chemist, other assorted shops, ski hire, bars and restaurants
